How Did The Patrician Get Its Name?
The patricians (from Latin: patricius) were originally a group of ruling class families in ancient Rome.
After the Western Empire fell, the term "patrician" continued as a high honorary title in the Eastern Empire!
Addison Pink
The Patrician, like most buildings in Boca, started out quite pink. This goes back to Addison Mizer, the founder of Boca Raton, who painted buildings pink because it reflected the color of the dawn.
The Patrician Has Always Been On Vacation
Born as a vacation destination, The Patrician began its life as a vacation rental circa 1968. It was incorporated into the condo that it is today in 1979.
